The Book of Love
The book of love ... I just found mine with my ex. The diary we used to communicate each other, where we shared our feelings,
where we could write anything about us.
The book is so full of love ..
The book has the aura of love ..
I just realized that my feeling for her was that much, and her feeling for me was really touching.
Too bad it ended at last ..
It's funny how life can teach us realize something when we don't have those things anymore..
The One where I come Back to the blog. :)
Hi Guys,
How are you ??? it's been really long time since the last time I posted a story. Goshhh.. It's like I just experienced a hell month. I started my thesis about 3-4 weeks ago, and from that time ... there must be something to be done, anytime, anywhere ... exhausting, isn't it ?
Aniway, a brief synopsis on my thesis :
This is really an interesting topic: "Customer Relationship Management" or CRM in short. It seems that companies nowadays don't do the old style of business.. do the advertisement with high budget, spread the brand image, etc. They now start focusing their methods to the customer.. this came from the philosophy : "Customers are the most valuable things".
Holding this philosophy, companies start to "care" about their customers. Who are they ? What do they do ? When is their birthday ? .. and so on.
By showing that companies are care to each of the customer, hopefully customer starts trusting the company, and keep buying their products ... which means the company keeps survive.. :). So, to get there, companies really have to manage their relationships with their customers.
It looks simple .... but the reality is really-really overwhelming..
Imagine that you are a company, with 45.000 customers. About 80% of them are loyal customers. What would you do to satisfy and keep an eye on each of them ?
the answer is :
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY . . .
You build a system that carry the database of all of your customers, a system that integrate all business process, to ease you maintain your customers.
this is where things get very complicated... (and I think I'm not gonna tell you about this. Hihi. :p).
Soo... Interesting, isn't it ?
... Maybe not to some of you, well at least it is interesting for me... LOL. =).
The One With Learning From The Past
Imagine that you are
Huo Jin Yia, a famous martial art master who lived from the late 18th to early 19th centurty. He had to loose everything he had.. his career, his beloved ones, and even his life, just to understand that life is not about defeating another one, but it is about defeating ourselves. Having desire to be the most reputable and number one martial art fighter, Jin Yia always felt that defeating another fighters would make him superior. After killed a man for a wrong reason, Jin Yia realized that what his father had taught him is true.
"What you should defeat is your self !!" ...
Learning from Huo Jin Yia in the past, I think it's good to take what he thought... that we should be able to control our emotion, our desire .. because they are not real. They can easily destroy us. It's just like clicking your fingers... destroy our lifes so fast.
It might be the right time for us to learn from our past.. just like Jin Yia who could realize something for his life, but don't wait until you loose everything you posses.

The One With The Help - Part II (a contradiction)
Still remember I wrote something about helping others ? I used to believe with no doubt that helping someone means trying to be as useful as I can. But today, I start doubting if it is true...
What if someone ask our help, just because of his/her fault ? .. just because he/she forgets things and everything goes wrong ? ..just because he/she can't manage their responsibilities ?
Do I have to help them ? For me, it's just ridiculous... Why would we put ourselves in trouble while actually it should not happen ??
Still confuse about this ....
Help me please (desperately....)
What should I do ?????
The One With The Failure
Failure will always be hard. I just failed getting a good job on an interview while I passed the first phase (the technical test). Don't know the exact reason, but I guess there must be something to do with my experience...
At first it was really hard to accept that I fail, though I didn't want the job on the first place. I thought this might be a good opportunity to learn something new in 'real world'.
Really hurt ... :(.
But then I remember Alfred (Bruce Wayne's buttler) saying :
"Why do we fall, Sir ?""So we can learn to pick our selves up, Sir!"-- So it's time for me to learn how to pick my self up.. --
The One With Arriving From Surabaya
It has been a long time since the last time I write in this blog. Little bit missing this blog too. :)
Aniway, I just arrived from Surabaya last night. 5 days were enough to drop my energy. Well, it was a fine holiday, though. I had chances to see great view, meet great people, and spend my holidays with some quality time. :)
I think It's enough for today ?
Btw, Anyone want to share what you guys do on Lunar New Year ??? Please ...

The One With The Help
To Help = To be useful ...
I've never realized before that helping someone means trying to be as useful as possible. :)
It was about 10 pm when my phone rang. A friend said hello with a panic tone. Sure, I was shocked with this.. "Who would call me this late if it's not an emergency matter ??". And it was. :(. He said that he couldn't boot his computer normally. His harddisk even couldn't start the windows. To make it worse, he had his final project that dues the next day in the computer. He asked me to HELP him checking the harddisk.
At first I felt a little bit annoyed with this since I don't usually fix computers at nights. But then I thought, I would feel very guilty if he couldn't hand his project just because I didn't want to help him. :). So I decided to help him (selfish reason).
Then he came to my house. After a quite long check, I was able to retrieve his projects and saved them on another disk.... I was able to HELP him.
One thing I would never forget is
the smile he made when he felt glad (glad that his projects were safe)... I just realized at that time that help will always mean something to someone who needs it, no matter how small it is, and I was really happy to be the part of it. :)
I just realized that a help will shade a tear ..
that a help will probably change somebody's life ..
that a help will make someone happy ...
that a help will make you the happiest person in this world ... :)
I just realized that being as useful as possible is the key to help someone... and be the happiest person in the world. :)
